Sweety Pie

Hi Virgina, She is great! We are so lucky! She is so well behaved and sweet to the girls. She has knocked Evelyn down a few times playing, but it either ends in tons of laugher or big tears, but that all depends on Evelyn's mood. Haha! We'll work on that. Michael has taken her jogging a few times now. She does well except when she sees squirrels, but nothing Michael can't handle. I think we are all still feeling things out and getting use to each other, but over all she is a dream. She's quite spoiled already with a number of toys in the yard and around the house. We have some pretty good games of fetch after work/school. I've been stopping by on my lunch break and she has been doing fine in her crate and no accidents. She didn't eat much the first day we took her home, but now seems to be eating regularly. She had her first vet visit last Saturday so we should be all set with prescriptions and check-ups going forward. I do have your leash, collar, and tag that we can bring back to you now that she has her own things. We also have an extra collar that we purchased a bit ago but it is too small for her, so we thought we would offer that to you as well. Let me know if there is a good time to drop those by or if I could just leave them at the doggie daycare next door for you. Thanks! Colleen

Radcliff

Well Hello Sherrie, We want to thank you for Bo(Radcliffe). He is doing great, Bo is a sweetheart, he is very gentle when small kids are around and plays hard with Avery ( his best friend). We could not ask for a better friend, we all love him so much and he loves us. He is very protective of Leslie and Tara, and does not like them leaving the room. Basically he’s a big baby. Thank you, have a good day.

Hurley

Hi Jennifer! Hurley is still Hurley. He and Callie act as if they've been together forever after a few growly, snarly moments over toys. It took DJ, our male cat about an hour to adjust to Hurley. It took Coco a day or so....amazing really. We thought it would take much longer for her. She still hisses if he gets too close but walks around on the floor right in front of him, etc. He is getting less fearful and is adjusting well. He seems to have some separation anxiety, gets destructive when left alone but even that is lessening a little, but he is rarely alone. Overall I see him settling in more every day and he really is an affectionate happy and calm guy...an old soul. He "talks" to us, gentle snuffly gruffing woof! Too cute! He did eat his adoption package, or at least shred it. Luckily Kristen took care of his microchip registration prior to that happening. All minor stuff. Thanks for checking up on us!

Sheba

Hi...
We are wonderful and happy and loved!!!
They are Jasmine (Sheba) and Jewel (Juju) now.
Lydia (Cinnamon) passed away in my arms.

I adore these two...
They are my loves.
I am trying to semi-retire this year...so, I can be with them even more.
Hope all is well with you!

Nora

Greetings Jennifer!

Happy to hear from you! You'll be happy to know that Miss Nora, or "Ellie" as we call her...(due to the fact that she was chipped as "Eleanor Roosevelt" ) is a healthy, happy girl!!! We love her down to earth, BASSETT personality!!! She is truly pampered and so much fun! Since Joe & I are now both retired, we seem to work our schedules around her! She loves to go for walks & ride in the car. If we have to be gone all day, she plays at Dog Pawz daycare in Leawood. She enjoys socializing with the other dogs & the staff laugh that she demands belly rubs. She loves belly rubs!
Our cats, Boots & Butters, finally agree that Ellie is good company!!!
I'll text pictures!
