Hi I'm Nora! I'm a 3 month old Basset Hound. My mommy had to move and couldn't take me with her.  I'm looking for a new family to call my own.  I have really long ears and short stubby legs.  Sometimes I trip over my ears when I run!  People keep telling me how cute I am.  I love to play with other dogs and kids. I'm a puppy, so I love toys too.. especially bones, stuffed animals and even sticks! When I'm done playing, my favorite thing to do is snuggle up on next to a nice human. If you're looking to add a spunky puppy to your family, please fill out an application and come meet me!  Keep in mind, I am a typical basset hound.. I love to howl and sing, so hopefully your neighbors won't mind my "hound dog serenade".

Adoption Fee: $250

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test and prevention (if age appropriate), flea prevention and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a two week trial.

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
