Hi Virginia- Things are going pretty well with Evei (Evey? Evie?) (we changed her name, still haven’t settled on a spelling, though). :0) The cats and her are jelling a little better, but the boy cat is still pretty “put out” by her. I’m sure things will get better. The housetraining is going pretty well, too. The kennel thing is decent, but she’s gotten into a few things when we have left her out, so I’m keeping her in the kennel during the day, and leaving her out in the evenings when we go somewhere that we can’t take her with us. Her puppy side has really come out in the past week and a half, the more relaxed and comfortable she is becoming. She is very sweet, and we are definitely keeping her. All the other stuff is minor. I have noticed that she is very quick to show her submissiveness to new dogs. Even ones that are quite smaller than she is and you would suspect she would be the dominant one . . . any clues on that?? Thanks again Virginia for your help in finding us a dog that we love!
