Megan and her sister Morgan were heartlessly abandoned in an isolated area in Kansas City, KS. Left to their own devices, these two sweeties clung together and tried to fend for themselves until a kindly neighbor had pity on them and called us. When they came to us, they were skinny and covered in ticks -they even had ticks on their eyelids! They are all cleaned up now, tick free and ready to find real homes of their very own!


Morgan is the more outgoing of the two and so, so sweet! She loves to play but also likes to cuddle when play time is over and is a very good snuggler! Morgan loves other dogs and does ok with cats. She is quite striking with her shiny black coat and unique brindle markings on her front legs, she's a very unique looking, beautiful girl! Morgan weighs about 35-40 pounds and is around a year old.
