Squirt

Squirt I'd Duke now and the little fella turned one over the weekend. He weighs about 70lbs now and we absolutely love him. He's been a fantastic dog for our 2 year old box/german shepherd mix. I will post pics soon, but he's a black dog so he's a hard picture to get.

Sydney

Everything is going fabulous. We did change her name to Missy. She is an absolute joy. We just love her more and more every day. She is getting to be quite a big girl. At her last check up, she weighed in at 52.3 lbs! Dr. said she will probably gain another 10-15 lbs before she is done. I have attached a couple of fairly recent pictures. We call her our "smiley girl"... you will see why in the photos :)

Soda (aka Declan)

I am happy to tell you that Soda (now Declan) is doing very well. He is a happy and healthy dog who loves to play and gets along well with his "brother" Jack and "sister" Carolina. He responds well to direction and feels he is at home here.

Sugar

Dear Kelley: Sugar (aka Yin) and Spice (aka Yang) are doing wonderfully as part of our family. Our daughters renamed the two Yin and Yang because they are so different from each other, like night and day. Yin is very curious and not afraid to try anything at least once, while Yang is more laid back. Just as Barb told us, about 6 p.m. is wrestle mania between the two and when Yin finally wears out Yang he simply sits on her to signal the end of the game. She is very loving with us and Yang but will not tolerate anyone or any cat on “her” scratching post. As “Queen” of the scratching post she is frequently perched atop it to keep Yang off of it. Besides he likes to sun himself on the perch in front of the window in the picture. When all the excitement is over they both usually curl up on the couch for a long nap together. We truly appreciate TARA selecting us as their new family.
