Milo

Hello Team Milo! Just a quick note to say hello and let you know that Milo is doing very well! I couldn't help but think all day about how *lucky" I have been to become his mom! (Perhaps it was the "luck of the Irish" going through my brain all day... :) ). I've attached a few photo updates of: Milo posing with a "cat mug" that my sister sent me, Milo making himself comfortable in my bed, him getting cozy on my chest, and Milo meeting his brother, Lester, for the first time over FaceTime!! I know he misses all of you. I speak for both of us when I say "thank you!" again for helping us find each other. XOXO, Erin & Milo (And Chris & Lester, of course)

Montana

Happy New Year Tracey and friends! We have had Montana 2 months today! She is doing really well and fit in our family just fine. Today she had her second dose of heart-worm medication. She has learned to sit, shake, lay down and roll over! We take her to the dog park and she seems to play well with others especially the bigger dogs. Montana is up to 23# and eats all the time. She has really filled out but still looks slim. We were keeping her out of the kennel while we were gone until we put the Christmas decorations up... She likes to chew on wreaths, fake berries and angels. :) Well, have a safe new year! Will send pictures from time to time. Kelly and Noelle Blosser

Magic

Hi Sherrie, I realized it has been a while since I sent any pictures of Remy so here are a few new ones. Last time we were at the vet he was about 36 lbs (which was about a month ago) and he seems to be getting bigger everyday. We are currently doing the Introductory Obedience class with him at PetCo with Bryon and he has been doing very well thus far. He responds very quickly to the commands that are taught during the classes and has even made a best friend in a 2 year old pit bull named Murphy. Other than that he is still as crazy and clumsy as ever and we hope to catch you at the next TARA event at the Northland PetCo. Hope all is well with your foster pups! Joey

Matilda

"She is doing great! She is so well behaved. And so funny! She has learned to sit and knows where the treats are. We are having a great time with her. We are actually on the way to the park in a few minutes. She has a forever home! Thanks for everything"

Missy

Missy came to TARA in November 2010, after being rescued from a high-kill shelter. She sat quietly and calmly in her bottom cage until T.A.R.A. volunteers walking through the shelter saw her and immediately could tell she was an amazing girl. There was some heartbreak when she first became a T.A.R.A. girl when the litter she had right after she was rescued passed away and some concern when her leg just wouldn't function right. Through it all, Missy has been a wonderful girl and her patience in waiting for her perfect forever home has paid off. She now has a wonderful new family who loves her dearly. They tell us "She is doing great!! I forgot how much of a joy it is to have a dog around. We've been without one for almost two years. She's funny, she likes having me in sight at all times, and she jumps on my bed upstairs to watch us leave whenever we go anywhere :) I can see why everyone fell in love with her-- she's amazing!!! Our family feels so much more complete with her here. I hope we can make her as happy as she's making us :)" We also heard she's acting just like any sister would...crashing her human sister's pajama party!
