Millie
Hello Virginia!
Two years ago today, we met when you introduced me to Millie from TARA's Dream. And, then let me take her home to the St. Louis Metro East area.
As Millie and I celebrate her Gotcha Day, I wanted to share with you what joy she brings daily to my life, but also the many children, teens and adults she encounters at the office. In fact, as I'm typing this I hear a four year old in my waiting room saying her name over and over! Millie has helped kids talk about leaving home, adoption, and several adults healing through the loss of their beloved pets.
Thank you for all that you do. You make the world better.
Wishing you well,
Rebecca
Miley Roo
Miley and I are doing so great. I think she may just be the sweetest dog in the world. I feel so lucky to have her in my life. Thank you all so much for saving her and taking good care of her until I found her.
I want to eventually register her to be a therapy dog because I think she would be really good at it (a.k.a. she would love meeting new people and getting lots of pets from them). We have been working on training and she is doing really well, but she still needs some work on reacting reasonably to other dogs (and sometimes humans!) while she is on a leash. She cannot help herself â she just wants to be best friends with everyone she sees!
Mona
Hi Virginia,
She is the best. Her and my husband are best buds. She is totally spoiled.
Thanks for helping us adopt her!

Moo
Moo is roaming around the house a little bit more. I woke up the other night with her sleeping in my bed and I was really shocked to see her but so happy. Last night I found her sleeping in my bed room in a place where the other cats generally sleep. She is definitely very talkative and is letting me know whenever she is around and that she wants to be fed. She does love those rabbit treats. Thank you for those. It is very helpful:).

Madeira
Good Morning!
I wanted to send an update on the girls. Lola (fka Madeira) & Socks (fka Prosecco) are doing very well! Socks just got her new name last night after we decided she is definitely ours! Lola adjusted very quickly, but it is taking Socks a little bit longer... she is starting to adjust slowly but surely. They play with each other like crazy in the evening and give us both a lot of laughs!
