Jamie
She definately is a keeper. Jamie has given Cheryl & I so much pleasure these last two weeks she seems to have taken Peppers place. My son told me maybe she is Pepper reincarnated. She has taken to us and we have taken to her. Everything seems to be a match. We want to thank you and Sherrie for everything you did for us if you are up this way stop by and visit us & Jamie. Thank you both Don & Cheryl
Jemma
Just thought I would send along a couple photos of our puppy a year later. She has been so wonderful with our kids and we are very thankful for her. Thanks again
Cassie
Jake
Watson and Lexie are doing well. It took a little time, however they are now running laps throughout the house playing with each other. Here are some pictures of the little guy. He's getting big, he won't be too little for much longer.
Jock
All is GREAT! We left him alone for about 30 minutes Sunday in crate but he was super happy to see us when we got back (you'd think it was days) . When I took Jackson to school this morning I took him (we changed his name to Jesse Jock and Jack are to close) he whimpred all the way home and it took me 15 minutes to coax him out of the car - he was sooooo sad that Jackson was at school. I admit that I fell into it and only left for about an hour and then went back to check on him and stayed with him until Jackson got home. HE has learned quickly that Jackson is his caretaker and is sleeping with him and has a bit of seperation anxiety when they part. We should be able to walk to school tomorrow as the temperature is expected to be better and that should help. Thankfully, I have the ability to take care of my "kiddos" and was able to stay home with him today. We are soooooo thankful to have him and he seems to be thankful to have us - this is a win/win situation and I can't say enough about his foster Mom as she was his caretaker until we found him and I thank you, Virginia.
Jacey
Thought I'd send you an update on Jacey. She has a new name and it's Blue! Not very feminine but she so looks like a little Blue Tick Coon that I couldn't resist! A few years ago we lost one of our sweetest dogs and her name was Red! Guess we're stuck on colors! She is doing great! A real entertainer. And Penny is coming around nicely. She plays with Blue all day long and that's a first for her in a long time. Potty training was a small challenge the first two or three days but seems to be a non issue now. She sleeps in her crate at night and is happy to go there at bedtime especially since she gets a lot of treats. When I leave the house during the day I leave her out and return to a normal house. I crate her at night mainly so we can all get some sleep! She is busy! Gives the cats holy heck but they love it. They just lay there and switch their tails. I think it's pretty safe to say we have a success story!
Please pass this on to all that played a role in her care. They were all so nice that night I picked her up.
Thank goodness for all of you rescuers!
Kathy
