Jack
Hi Renee. It's been quite some time since you brought Ollie to our house. I'm sure you have done the same for many other families by now which makes it difficult to remember. But we certainly remember you! He is going today for his "summer" hair cut. I remember you had said to send you a picture of what he looked like when his fur grew out. He is the cutest little scruffy dog! And so sweet and smart. We LOVE him! Thanks again for the work you do!

JC
Hello, ladies. Its been awhile since we gave you an update on Gryffin (formerly known as JC), so I thought it was time. He is still doing so well; you would be so proud of him!
Ive attached a picture of him and Byrons Dad. His Dad is 86 and very frail, but Gryffin is so gentle with him. He will curl up and put his head in Dads lap so Dad can pet him.
Lets see. He had ice cream for the first time this weekend. We went to Dairy Queen and got pup cups. As you can imagine, he absolutely loved it. Hes also become a huge fan of riding in the car. We take him and Lilly a lot of places, like the drive-through, the ATM, etc. When we say Anybody want to go for a ride? hes the first one at the door, and he loves to sit up and look around while were driving. Our son Miles has been taking them to the dog park, and he seems to really enjoy that also. Weve also discovered that hes a little nervous when it thunders, but not too bad. Nothing that a little extra cuddling cant take care of.
Anyway, he is such a sweetheart and we love him so much. Thanks again for rescuing him and doing such a good job of fostering him! We appreciate it very much.

Jordan
Hi Virginia,
I just thought I would let you know things went great last night, the two dogs were fantastic together playing in the yard and wrestling nicely. We have changed JordanâÂÂs name to Duke which the girls like and he actually seems to respond to already. He runs so fast around our yard that our older dog just watches him cause he could never keep up and then he waits for him to come back and wrestle.
He settled really nicely in his crate and slept all night without making a sound until 7am and then went right outside to the bathroom this morning. He happily goes and lies on one of the dog beds we have in the house when he needs a rest. He certainly is confused by being in a house, the TV, ceiling fan and mirrors had him very curious last night. We took him out twice for a walk so far and his is very reactive to other dogs and kids but he is still pretty good on leash considering, we will work on that right away.
All is good, I will take a few photos of the total family with him this week and send through to you for the website if you like.

We love our wonderful dog that we adopted from you three years ago. She just had another checkup and shots and is doing really well. The vet said she is one of the healthiest dogs she has seen. Thank you for the adoption process and for bringing so much love into our life.
