Lex very energetic, smaller than her sister, but starts the wrestling matches as often as her sister, Lemon. We think she is a smart little puppy. She is working on potty training, and the commands sit and come. She is good about coming when called. Will sit, but just for second. Needs more work on that. Potty training is coming along. She does go potty and poop outside, and does occasionally use the piddle pads inside. She is also starting to go to the door, but will potty by the door, if we don’t get there right away. Her foster family thinks she is so cute when she runs, she is often hopping on all fours while running. She has figured out how to climb out of the short pen she sleeps in, but will sleep in it at night. She likes to be held until she finds something more interesting to do
. She is good with the cats also!

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test and prevention (if age appropriate), flea prevention and deworming. TARA's pets are all eligible for a

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed. Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
