This is Chip! He reminded the shelter staff of a chocolate chip as his fur color has a tint of brown and black...sort of like a chocolate chip! He was found as a stray and brought to Liberty shelter in hopes that he would be reunited with his owner but no one came forward, so now he has the good luck of being available for adoption through TARA and in a foster home. Chip is the sweetest, little happy go-lucky little guy, but he does like to be under your feet when he's out of his kennel. He tends to jump up a lot as well, something we've been trying to work with him on. Chip will be fully vetted by the time he is ready to go to his forever home. (neutered, rabies, da2pp, bordetella, hw tested, microchipped.)
