First off, thank you for taking such great care of him and allowing us to adopt such a loving and playful kitty. This is the first pet we've owned together and we couldn't ask for a better one. Our path to him started when we had a "second hold" on a cat we were hoping to adopt from Wayside Waifs. We were in Petco buying supplies for him when they called and told us the people who had the "first hold" had claimed him (less than two hours before their deadline). We were disappointed, but continued shopping knowing we would find another kitty sometime. Little did we know that moment would be a few minutes later as we were checking out when we met O'Shannon and her three kitties! Looking back at that, we can only assume it was fate that brought him to us. Fast forward a week to the awesome experience of bringing Buster home. He was pretty fearless from the start, letting his curiosity guide him all over the house. He searched over almost every inch of the house and would stop on his way by to play a little with us before continuing on to explore. You can see in one of the first pics, his exploring included the TARA bag we were given to take with him. Fast forward another week to today, and all is very well - he is perfect for us. His demeanor is a great balance of playful, relaxed, curious, independent and loving, as you can see in the following pictures. He's still exploring (even our cookware); he loves napping, on his cat tree and on us; and he loves playing with anything that rolls, bounces, swings...whatever. Just about everything he does makes us smile and laugh. We really hope the rest of his family is on their way to finding loving homes as well.
