Riki

Good morning Cymantha. Riki’s great – he’s a digger and a great spider killer. He digs holes deep enough to bury half his head in. We think he’s trying to catch moles like Angel. To date – Moles 10, Riki 0  But no spider or bug has survived his curiosity. He loves exploring and getting into all kinds of stuff. We no longer have to walk him on the leash – he usually stays close to the house, unless of course there’s a rabbit to chase. He loves swimming in our ponds, but hates baths. He also talks, constantly. Not barking, but actually tries to talk to you. It’s hilarious. He just had his annual checkup and shots appointment. He weighs 11 pounds of “pure muscle” according to Daniel Renfro, our vet. His health is overall really good – they do have him on lifelong allergy meds. He still has a cough from time to time, but xrays revealed no damage to his lungs or trachea, so they think he just has allergies. He absolutely loves Angel (see attached pic). Funny considering their first encounter  And he really loved the snow we had this year. Hope all is well with you. Take care.
