Tyson (Bogie)

Even though it's only been a week or so, Tyson has been growing by leaps and bounds so I posted a couple new short videos to You Tube. Search "sharonkay9029" and look for "wrestling". FYI: Tygre never gave her belly to anyone until the last 6 months or so. A 6' 4" man wasn't even strong enough to turn her over. She also had a huge German Shepherd grab her by the neck last summer and so any dog getting near her neck caused her to lash out. Which is why the videos are really revealing about how close she and Tyson have become. The still pictures are when Tyson was grooming Tygre after they quit playing.

Tess

Hi! So far Tess is learning to get along with our 2 dogs. They seem to be working through some things as expected. She likes to chase our cat who isn't too thrilled, but that will probably settle down after a few days (it was the same with the 2 dogs we have when they were puppies). She loves going outside and has learned to use the dog door. I think she loves being able to run around. We are putting her in a big kennel just when we are at work, and she seemed to like it pretty well today. We thought that the safest thing until everyone gets along without arguement, and she also still seems to be in the puppy stage still as far as potential to chew things up. Tonight seems smoother already as far as everyone getting along, and I think my daughter is in love with her. Even my son who is a lizzard lover, is having fun with her. We will be working on getting her better on the leash, and practing good behavior (not jumping up, sitting, staying) but she seems pretty sharp, and is catching on to the basics already. Are you guys at Petsmart every weekend? Maybe we could bring her by to say hi. Dom & Marie Petrich

Tonka

Tracey- All is well! It was little rocky establishing some bounderies for him in the house at first but we are getting into a routine. I ended up getting a large cage for when I'm away. I think he's getting used to my schedule now, which helps. We are both looking forward to continued warm weather! He's definitely a people person! I'll keep you posted.

Virginia, Things are going even better than expected. We decided to name him Jude, and he has responded to it quickly. He is still shy after he hasn't seen one of us for a couple hours, but he comes around very quickly. He is better with Amber than he is with me when it comes to comfort, but he gets comfortable with me after just a few minutes. Jude has been fantastic with Jakobie, allowing Jakobie to come up to him and pet him or give him a hug without hesitation. We have had no issues in the house, as he expresses a desire to go outside when he knows he needs to do his business. We took him to the Blue Springs dog park and let him run on Sunday and he did really well with the other dogs and came back to us when it was time to go with little problem. He has began to respond to sit and shake, and listens when we tell him no to something, such as taking food off the table or rummaging through the trash. So, in conclusion, so far so good. I have no worries and Jude seems very trustworth, so I am showing him that trust. Thanks for checking up, and I will keep you posted. Respectfully, Michael
