Roland
Hello Sherrie,
It is great to hear from you. We absolutely adore Jax (aka Roland). He is an integral part of our family. I often tell my husband that our family just didn't feel complete until we adopted Jax. We enjoy taking him on walks, playing fetch, and giving him treats. I have attached a few pictures of him so you can see how much he has grown. He enjoys chasing and barking at the squirrels and rabbits that visit our yard. One of his favorite things to do during the day is sunbathe and snuggle on a soft blanket. We are so grateful that we were able make him a part of our lives.
Thank you,
Nicole and Jason
Rosarita
Hi Sherrie!
Rosarita is now named Ivy and we absolutely love having her as a part of our little family. She is a major cuddle bug and always entertains us. Whoever has a blanket is her best friend and sometimes she'll even try to crawl into people's sweaters and sweatpants to get warm. She can be sassy at times, but we have all adjusted and learned how to avoid overstimulating her. She gets along very well with our other rescue dog, Fern. I wouldn't say they are best friends, but they tolerate each other quite nicely :)
I have a attached a few photos of our dear Ivy and her sister Fern.
Thanks for checking in!
Erin
Razzle
They're acclimating to each other well for this point in the process. They seem to be playing together (we're hoping that's what their wrestling is. Seems to be consistent with what I've read). So I thought I'd send you some pictures!
Ronnie
Our sweet, shy boy Ronnie was adopted! Ronnie came to T.A.R.A. over two years ago as a relinquish to the Department of Agriculture by another rescue group who was forced to close. Ronnie spent his years in a few foster homes and at the T.A.R.A. Kennels. To say that he is loved by our volunteers is an understatement. Even though he was so timid and shy, he worked his way quickly into our hearts with his beautiful eyes that he would gaze lovingly upon us as we cared for him, his sweet kisses, and how he would melt into our arms when he was petted.
Ronnie now has an amazing forever home and an amazing adopter! He has already had the pleasure is basking in the sun in his beautiful backyard with his new best friend, the adopter's granddaughter. Cheers to you, Ronnie...whose new official name is Ronnie Fletcher Harrison :) Fletch for short :) !!
Ronald
Well.......Ronald has had ZERO problems adjusting. After the car ride being scary, and about an hour in the house, he acts like he's lived here his whole life. Little attention hog follows me around everywhere now. Everything is good so far!!
