Magellan
Maverick is doing great!! We couldn't imagine life without him. He has such a fun personality. He is such a lover! He will constantly come up to us, or anyone for that matter, and plop down in front of us and put his paw on our lap. He has really attached himself to myself and our youngest son. He sleeps on the floor next me at night and is always at the door when I get home. When things are too quiet and our little one and Maverick are missing we always know they are into something. Hey are definitely partners in crime. Always together. From getting in the fridge and dropping all the eggs everywhere to throwing all the clean clothes all over out of the laundry basket to getting into the finger paints, Maverick seemed to enjoys looking like a rainbow, they are like two peas in a pod!! He has gotten so big! Every time friends or family come over they always comment on his size. Thought he isn't much of a guard dog as we thought. He wouldn't hurt a fly! He is definitely the dog we always envisioned our boys growing up with! I have included a few pictures over the time we have had him. Enjoy!
Mikey
Mikey is doing well. He just got a nice, big cat tower and he really likes it. The scratching post on it is tall enough for him to stretch out a bit - which takes some room these days, he's a pretty big cat now. His eyes still get wide and he still looks at our little female cat as something to chase. She's still to willing to run, so they stay in different parts of the house during the day, and come out and watch TV with us in the evening. She seems fairly content with this, and they're very gradually starting to treat each other as "eh - no big deal".
He's happy and healthy. He was following the shifting sunbeams around the house this morning, finding new places to nap as they changed.
Merlyn
Hi Virginia,
I thought you might enjoy this picture of Buddy and Max. Buddy is doing great
and he has no health issues. The little guy is settled in and I cant imagine
how things would be without him. He is home :) Lisa
