He has done very well with the house training. We have kept the name, but are undecided if it will be changed. He has learned to sit, and come so far. We took him to Pet Smart yesterday and he was able to pick out a couple to toys. He decide on a puncture-proof ball, and a football tug-a-war. He really enjoys playing ball, I mean really likes it. We also purchased some trainging bones that he enjoys. He has fit in very well. He was alone yesterday for the first time. He was here for two hours. When we arrived home he was still alseep. I think he was pretty tired from playing ball. We will keep you updated and also be sending some pictures soon. Thanks for all your help. The Findley Family.

Just a quick update to let you know all is going well for Jazzy, the cats and my family. Nate came home from college last Friday and met Jazzy. They are great friends now. She also likes Nate's best friend, Josh, and his little shis tzu Buddha. She loves to ride in the car and the harness I bought for that has worked well to give her some mobility but keep her safe. She has definitely done that before as she had no hesitation about hopping into the seat and maintaining riding etiquette. She is so well behaved beyond my expectations and complies easily when I show her something I need for her to do or not do. We all love her and are enjoying her. The cats have accepted her but tentative sniffing is still taking place as is expected. I gave her the heartworm on the 13th and will do flea and tick prevention on the first to coordinate with the cat schedule so my poor memory only has one date to remember for that. Hope you had a good mother's day and will have a good summer. Thanks, again, for all your help and for bringing Jazzy and I together. She has brought so much fun to our family and lives. Sincerely, Victoria

Well, I have very little trim around my back door, but other than that... LOL! She is WONDERFUL!! So sweet and obediant! Eager to please everyone. She did try to get in the bath tub with me which we both though was funny!! Mom and dad stopped by twice today and will go again tonight. She only chewed the trim around the back door trying to get out and follow me. She will learn that I am always going to come home, it's just going to take a little time!! I don't care about the trim, by the way, it's replaceable. She is not. I spent my entire day with her yesterday just snuggling. She lets me put my hands in her food bowl while she is eating and justs moves away and waits until I'm done. She lets me kiss her pretty face and hug and snuggle her and never seems to get tired of it!! I couldn't ask for more!!! Will send pictures soon!! Thank you!! Erin

Juno

Virginia - Juno is adapting great! Juno and Tess are getting along very well and have even started playing together this week, which has been very funny to watch. She has only had three accidents in the house since we got her and has been doing very well learning to go outside again. She has also already picked up on how to sit with just a weeks worth of work. Brian did tell you that she got away from us the first weekend we had her, but while she has been at our house and in the backyard she has not tried to run away or get over the fence. So far, her favorite things have been going for car rides to the nearby park to take daily walks. We got a harness for her which helped tremendously with her pulling as she walked. Juno did have to make a trip to the vet for some hot spots she developed after we took her to a groomer, but with some antiseptic and antibiotic everything is clearing up and she is becoming much more comfortable. She is also starting to "talk" to us when we come home, which seems to be a good sign that she has accepted us as her new family. Overall, we are really becoming attached to her and Juno is getting happier by the day. You should consider this a successful adoption. We appreciate everything that you and your organization are doing. We will keep in touch and send some pictures. Have a Nice Day, Amber Daugherty
