Libby was found in the Liberty City limits on 04/25/2016. She is a very silly and sweet girl that is approximately 6 years of age. Libby is currently on stray hold but will be avaliable for adoption on 05/02/2016. Libby will have an $80.00 adoption fee to cover the cost of her sterilization procedure, Distemper combo and bordetella vaccines and dewormer.
