Brody is a sweet terrier mix, we think possibly schnauzer/poodle mix. He has a medium length wiry black coat with a little gray and white mixed in and white down his chin and chest. He's pretty stinkin' cute! Brody weighs about 65lbs, so he's larger than he looks in photos. He has a short stub tail that wiggles when he's happy or playing with a coveted toy!
Brody was surrendered with his sisters Luna Bella and Cearra. While, the three dogs get along very well, Brody and Cearra are a bonded pair -- While it isn't mandatory that Brody and Cearra get adopted together, Brody adores his sister and seems to look to Cearra for direction. He can be cautious or apprehensive when first meeting new people, specifically men. Although he can bark the big bark, he very quickly warms up once he realizes there is no reason for alarm.
Brody gets along well with other dogs and has shown a little interest in cats. We aren't sure how well he would get along with kitty siblings, but we could cat-test him if you currently have a cat and are interested in meeting him.

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming. TARA's pets are all eligible for a

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed. Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
