After living nearly his entire life as a stray in KCK, Dewey has really come out of his shell with his foster family. Dewey is a fun loving puppy who loves to lay around in the sun indoors but is just as happy frolicking through the yard chasing leaves. Dewey's extremely quick learning (already potty and crate trained) and laid back personality makes him a really easy puppy.  Dewey is still working on his socialization skills with new people and in new situations.  Because he still gets skittish and can be unsure of new people, he would do best in a home with older children or no children.

Adoption Fee: $150

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a  two week trial  .

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
