Mary-Kate knows fashion and one thing is for sure – formalwear is always in season!

Mary-Kate and her sister Ashley were rescued from a colony at about 3 months old. Although the plan was to spay, vaccinate and return them to their colony (called Trap-Neuter-Return, or TNR), Ashley decided she would change the plans. The trapper had noticed a wound-like area on her right side and when the vet looked her over before spaying, discovered that she needed surgical intervention.

Due to this additional surgery, Ashley needed more time inside for recovery before release so her trapper decided that it was a sign to just try and socialize her and her sister and see if they would be happy as pets. She is so very glad that Ashley decided to change the plans as they have turned out to be very sweet kittens. They're shy at first because they are still learning the ins and outs of inside living but LOVE to be held.

Mary-Kate absolutely loves to snuggle and will perch on your shoulder or sit in your lap for some face nuzzles. She loves people more than anything else in the world and she'd probably be happiest as an only kitty!
