Rosie found herself in a small rural animal shelter when she was picked up as a stray and her family never came for her.  She has a quiet disposition.  She is extremely calm and gentle, housebroken and gets along with other dogs, big and small. She cannot be in a house with cats and she has known to be a bit of an explorer so a gated yard would be perfect for her, or something she can't  escape and chase stray cats.  She realllllly doesn't like cats.  Overall, Rosie is such a delightfully sweet girl who loves cuddling, scratches, and walks.

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a  two week trial  .

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
