Are you looking for a little buddy with a big heart? Hosmer may be a little timid when he first meets you (he's had a few people in his past who did not treat him very well), but once he learns that you are good then he will treat you like royalty. He wants to be by your side and will happily take as much love as you will give. He has a silly personality and loves to play. He can squeeze his little body through small areas, so either a very secure fenced in backyard or leash walks is a must. Hosmer gets along well with other dogs and cats too. He is crate trained and was house trained with his last owner, but has been having a few accidents at his foster's home.

Adoption Fee: $150
TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming. TARA's pets are all eligible for a two week trial.
Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed. Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
