Status: Adopted!
Species: Dog
General Color: Tricolor (Tan/Brown & Black & White)
Declawed: No
Housetrained: Yes
Stanley is an intact male Beagle who is around 2 years old. He is not yet current on vaccines but he has been give a Distemper combo vaccine and a bordetella vaccine along with a dewormer. His heartworm status is unknown at this time. Stanley is around 25 pounds and is believed to be house trained. He is very vocal, of course that's a given since he's a beagle :) He is a very sweet boy who enjoys treats and going on walks. Stanley is an escape artist so he would need an owner who either enjoys long walks to give him enough outside time or an owner who can keep close supervision on him at all to ensure he doesn't escape. Stanley does well with other dogs (all sizes) and cats.He also does well with children.
He was found at large and brought to the shelter and though his previous owners have been contacted they have not yet come for him. It appears that Stanley needs a new forever home!
Stanley will have an adoption fee of $80 with an approved adoption application which will cover his neuter, distemper and bordetella vaccinations and a dewormer. This fee does NOT cover the cost of his heartworm test or Rabies vaccine. These additional costs will be paid directly to the vet clinic by the adopter at the time of pick up. For more information on Stanley call the Liberty Animal Shelter staff at 816-439-4791.
