Stretch had a rough start in life and came to us very undersocialized.  He is now learning that people are good and is starting to enjoy being a dog!  Stretch is still shy and fearful of new situations so he will need someone who is understanding and willing to take things slow with him.  Once he becomes your buddy though, you will have the reward of everlasting love and devotion!  He enjoys being petted and loves treats, he takes them from your hand ever so gently, he's such a sweet boy. Stretch is about 2 1/2 years old and weighs around 75 pounds.

Adoption Fee: $150

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a  two week trial  .

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
