Belha can be a bit shy at first and all “pet me” when she warms up. Originally, she was rescued from a puppy mill and adopted into a loving home but is now looking for another home because her human got too sick to care for her. She gets along well with dogs of any size and cats. She is undergoing a refresher course on house training skills and catching on quickly. Belha is most content being petted while sitting on a warm and loving lap. If you are looking for a happy lap warmer, she would love to give you a try. 

Adoption Fee: $150

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a  two week trial  .

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
