This little sweetie was found hunkered against the side of a local police station during a snow storm on one of the most bitterly cold days of the year.  It took almost two days to catch her because she was so scared, yet once she was caught she was the biggest sweetheart ever!  Attempts to find an owner were unsuccessful but given the fact that she stayed in almost the same spot for two days we're pretty sure she was dumped.  How someone could do that to this little girl and especially on a day like that is beyond us!

Mabel loves people, gets along with other dogs and loves, loves, loves toys!  Her favorite game is to see how many squeaky toys she can fit in her mouth and carry around like a little princess.  She's just under 40 pounds and 1 1/2 years old.   We can't imagine this adorable little girl will be with us long!

  Approximate Birthdate:  12/2012

Adoption Fee: $150

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a  two week trial  .

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
