Waya  is a young Brussels Griffon mix. Some nice people found her when she was  sick with Parvo. She is one tough little pup and has made a full recovery.  Waya  is full of energy and loves to play. She would do better with a younger dog that is as big or bigger then her.  She has an adorable face with that funny little overbite. She seems to be puppy pad trained or just really smart (probably both!). She learned the doggie door in a matter of seconds. She has been going potty outside as well. She is good with other dogs but not sure of a cat. She just barks at them. She is a bit of a barker so I wouldn’t think she would be a good apartment dog. We have been working on that and she is getting better. She really wants to please you. She is such a love bug and bonds quickly. She is looking for a home of her own so she can finally have the home and family she deserves. She weighs about 10 lbs and shouldn’t get much better.

Adoption Fee: $150.00

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a  two week trial  .

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
