Strawberry and her sister Shortcake are playful, affectionate girls born to Gretchen (also available for adoption), who was dumped on a farm in rural Missouri. Their former caretakers and foster home have prepared them to be great pets by exposing them to kids, dogs, and other cats. Strawberry is cuddly and gobbles up affection and attention whenever they are offered. She takes great care of her gorgeous calico coat and is thick as thieves with her sister Shortcake.

This cat is currently at the 95th & Quivira Petco store. To meet her out of the cage, please make an appointment with the contact person listed above.

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip, FeLV/FIV Combo test, flea prevention and deworming. A two-week trial is included as part of the adoption.

Because we do not know the background of many of our cats we cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 2-7 pounds, Med 8-13 pounds, Large 14-19 pounds, Extra Large over 20 pounds.
