This adorable little boy was given up because his family was moving. Poor Bart is still trying to figure out why he couldn't go with them; he is truly heartbroken about being left behind. Bart is a little shy when he first meets someone, but he warms up quickly and is really a little sweetheart. He is a pure bred cocker spaniel, about a year old and just wants a home that will commit to him for life. We think he deserves no less!
