Lizzie Belle is a big tortoiseshell girl with little pops of cream in her coat and a quiet but distinctive meow. Her previous owner moved into assisted living and unfortunately was not able to bring her. Lizzie Belle enjoys leisurely pursuits like being brushed and nuzzled, but will spring into action for a little catnip now and then. She's very laid-back and has lived with both other cats and dogs in the past. One of Lizzie Belle's favorite treats is licking the little bit of yogurt left on the lid.

Lizzie Belle has been on a weight loss plan and has made some great strides. She's lost more than 5 lbs, quite a feat for a cat! She's still working on her figure and luckily has a wonderful attitude about it all. Lizzie Belle will need measured feedings rather than free feeding in order to keep up the great work.

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip, FeLV/FIV Combo test, flea prevention and deworming. A two-week trial is included as part of the adoption.

Because we do not know the background of many of our cats, we cannot always guarantee age or breed. Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 2-7 pounds, Med 8-13 pounds, Large 14-19 pounds, Extra Large over 20 pounds.
