Hi! My name is Gabe and I am a refined gentleman (9 years old) with lots of important life experience to share with you. I am happy just laying around but I also like walks (my foster momma says that she thinks I could walk forever if she let me) and car rides (she says I am so good you hardly even know I'm there). I like kitties, doggies, and peoples including kids. I have a foster sister that I get along great with. I don't really play much and "momma" thinks that's because border collies are working dogs – I love patrolling the backyard for squirrels (I run like the wind when I see one and chase it up a tree). I love going to the dog park and like patrolling the perimeter out there, too. I would love to have a home of my own to grow old in – won't you please check me out? My foster momma says I am one handsome guy and that anyone would be lucky to have me.

Gabe is very low maintenance. While he loves going on walks, he is equally happy to run around in the backyard and lay in the sun when it shines. He loves to go on car rides. He is house-trained and happy to let you know when he has to go out.

Adoption Fee: $150.00

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test and prevention (if age appropriate), flea prevention and deworming. TARA's pets are all eligible for a two week trial .

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed. Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
