Hi there! I'm Alley. I'm not very old, but I could tell you many stories about my past. I came to a Kansas City animal shelter after being found on the streets. I had scars all over me and looked pretty rough back then. My old family chained me outside and decided they didn't want me anymore, so they just let me wander the streets. That's where I was found and became pregnant.
In the shelter, I had my puppies and found my name getting closer and closer to the list where dogs go in a room and never come back out. No one wanted me. But luckily, the volunteers at Jade's Mission saw how beautiful I was on the inside and out and decided to take a chance on me. They took me into their program and now I am in foster care where I am learning how good life can be!
I am crate trained and love to go right into my crate when asked. I like performing tricks, like sit and stay, and showing off for my friends. I love playing with other dogs, but am not a fan of those pesky cats! I am spayed, up-to-date on my vaccinations and will soon be cured of my heartworms. I am a two-year-old terrier/border collie mix and weigh about 60 pounds. If you're interested in meeting me, please contact Jade's Mission at jadesmission@yahoo.com or by calling them at 816-737-8574. My adoption fee is $100, and I am worth every penny!
