I am one of five and the only girl in the bunch. I am a black and tan shepherd/rottie mix with the most beautiful marking in my coat. I like to sit out away from the energetic group to watch how silly them can be, then I surprise them by bouncing in on the activity. I like to be loved and scratched. I will need some training to become someone's great pet and am waiting for my furever home.  My caretakers keep talking about how big I am, they said I may someday grow to be 85 pounds or more, sounds like I have a lot of growing to do!

Adoption Fee: $200.00

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test and prevention (if age appropriate), flea prevention and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a two week trial .

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
