Eva is a sweet, gentle, playful girl who is learning everyday that there are good people in the world who she can trust.  Eva was saved in the nick of time from a high kill city shelter.  She must have had a rough start to her young life as she is timid around new people.  Although Eva takes awhile to warm up to humans, she loves other dogs.  The ideal family for Eva will have no small children, under the age of 10.  We don't feel like Eva would be aggressive with children, so occasional young visitors are fine, she is just fearful and we want her new home to be as comfortable as possible for her.  We also will require that Eva's new home have another doggy friend (or 2) for her.  She will adjust most quickly with another canine in the home.  Eva is currently living in foster with other dogs and she has a blast with them and has adjusted very well to the foster home.  She is working on crate and potty training.  We are positive she will make a great companion for the right family!

Adoption Fee: $150.00

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test and prevention (if age appropriate), flea prevention and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a two week trial .

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
