Hollister is a sweet, submissive boy who found himself in a terrible predicament.  He was dumped by someone without a heart out in rural Wyandotte County.  Thank goodness he found his way to a home with a Good Samaritan who just wanted to help him find his way home. After many attempts to locate his previous owners, one thing remained.  Hollister found himself homeless. :(

Fast forward to three weeks, and Hollister is in a much better place with our rescue group.  He is a loving boy, very calm (haven't heard him bark yet) and trying to learn the ropes of kennel life until his forever person can be found.  Please make his dreams come true of that life by applying to adopt him today.

Adoption Fee: $150 

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test and prevention (if age appropriate), flea prevention and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a two week trial.

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
