Hugo is a black, fluffy sweetheart. He is very cautious but also quite curious and social in his own way. At this time, he prefers to watch the action from his cage (and he does watch with a lot of interest) but I expect him to join the crew out and about soon. He loves to climb and has been Spiderman-like on several occasions as he has scaled his open door to reach the top shelf! He has come to enjoy being petted in the safety of his cage and is warming up to human contact. He seems close to his sister, Rosie, and is more bold when she is close by.  In his cage, he LOVES playing with wand toys and "catching" moving toys and fingers. He also enjoys treats a lot!

Adoption Fee: $85.00

This cat can be seen in person at Petsmart at the Ward Parkway Mall; however, to visit with them out of the cage, you may need to make an appointment with the contact person listed above.

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip, FeLV/FIV Combo test, flea prevention and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a two week trial.

Because we do not know the background of many of our cats we cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 2-7 pounds, Med 8-13 pounds, Large 14-19 pounds, Extra Large over 20 pounds.
