Winnie is a sweet girl who recently found herself in a bad spot. Her heartless former "owner" decided that he didn't want to keep two dogs anymore and unfortunately, Winnie got the "short end of the stick" and was left behind... behind a business on Independence Avenue, no food, no water, no blanket to lie on, no shelter. How very sad .She has proven to do well in a home with other dogs, kids and kitties, but currently is sitting in a boarding facility waiting patiently for her person to rescue her. She is around 18 months old, about 40 lbs and a loving sweet dog that just needs a second chance at life and love with the right person or family. Appears to be housetrained.
