This adorable little girl and her siblings were dumped at the Lake of the Ozarks to fend for themselves.  Luckily a good Samaritan found them and brought them to us.  Kalo is about 6 months old and as sweet as can be.  Kalo is a fast learning. She was house trained in one evening. She is shy at first but quickly warms up. She gets along very well with other dogs not sure about cats. She loves her toys and bones. Kalo is good with kids and just a happy go lucky kind of dog. She will be a great addition to any home.

Adoption Fee: $150

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test and prevention (if age appropriate), flea prevention and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a two week trial.

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
