Peter is an adorable Standard Schnoodle about 3 years in age.  He weighs around 60lbs.

Peter loves to play with other dogs and would make a great second dog for some family. He is completely house-broken and also does great with cats!

Peter does have some anxiety issues stemming from being a dog that was chained outside for the first 3 years of his life without a lot of interaction with the outside world.  He is just learning what the real world, the outside world is all about.

Because of his anxiety we do not suggest a home with young children and he must have another dog in the home.  Peter is a good boy but he is going to take some patience and time to adjust to a new environment.

Adoption Fee: $150

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test and prevention (if age appropriate), flea prevention and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a two week trial.

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
