Penny was dumped in an open field about 3 months ago.  The family living nearby had been feeding her and said she was very friendly, and boy were they right!  She is a sweet little girl who loves to explore and be petted!  When the weather turned cold the family was thrilled to find us so that we could find her a new home where she would never face freezing temperatures again.  Penny is so thankful to be warm and have a safe place to explore!  She would make a great kitty for any family as she is so loving!

Adoption Fee: $85.00 

This cat can be seen in person at the Petco at 40 Hwy and Noland Road; however, to visit with them out of the cage, you may need to make an appointment with the contact person listed above.

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip, FeLV/FIV Combo test, flea prevention and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a two week trial.

Due to the fact that most of our animals come from the local high kill shelter, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 2-7 pounds, Med 8-13 pounds, Large 14-19 pounds, Extra Large over 20 pounds.
