Maxwell, and his brother Folgers, were abandoned in an apartment. T.A.R.A. stepped in when it was suggested by the rescuer that they be "put down".  This two boys have had a rough start but are now safe and happy and waiting for their forever homes.

This cat can be seen in person at the Petsmart at the Ward Parkway Mall; however, to visit with them out of the cage, you may need to make an appointment with the contact person listed above.

 

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip, FeLV/FIV Combo test, flea prevention and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a two week trial.

Due to the fact that most of our animals come from the local high kill shelter, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 2-7 pounds, Med 8-13 pounds, Large 14-19 pounds, Extra Large over 20 pounds.
