Maverick is looking for a new home due to circumstances beyond his control.  His family had to move to an aparment and they were unable to take him along.

Maverick will be 1yr old on Sept 18, 2010. He is a gorgeous, sweet boy weighing 60-70 lbs.  Maverick is house broken and is a work in progress on obedience, he knows "sit" but needs help curbing his excitement as he is still a big goofy puppy! He is super friendly, gets along great with other dog and is fine with cats. He also loves kids, but might be too much for very small children because of his over enthusiasm!

Adoption Fee: $150

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test and prevention (if age appropriate), flea prevention and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a two week trial.

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
