Peyton and his siblings were rescued from the streets of Kansas City.  They lived in a foster home until they were big enough to go to PetCo for adoption.  Their foster dad described Peyton as a follower who can be timid until she is comfortable.  He is also quite fun loving but may require more security in terms of companionship.

You may see him in person at the PetCo off of 95th & Quivira in Overland Park; however, to visit with her out of the cage, you may need to make an appointment with his screener or one of our volunteers.  He will make a wonderful addition to a loving home!

Due to the fact that most of our animals come from the local high kill shelter, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 2-7 pounds, Med 8-13 pounds, Large 14-19 pounds, Extra Large over 20 pounds.
