Hi, my name is Toby and I am a black, brown and white male kitten about 12 weeks old. 

Being a middle child is hard. I am always following my siblings around trying to be included. I may be smaller, but it doesn’t mean I can’t keep up! Anything they can do I can do better! I have fought off and rescued the village from mice, octopuses, bears, mechanical springs and tiny jingling bells.   When I’m not fending off the perils of the world, I follow my foster mom around so she knows she’s safe. My favorite thing to do is to watch her in the kitchen. One day I will fulfill my secret dream of having thumbs and become a great chef. In the meantime,  I watch and learn. When I’m not defeating perils, chasing my siblings, or learning how useful thumbs are, I like to lay on my foster mom to ensure her protection (if she says I fall asleep on the job it’s fake news). 

General temperament : Loves pets, cuddles, booping with nose, playing with springs. Can be skittish with new people, but warms up quickly.

Adoption Fee: $ 100.00

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip, FIV/FeLV test, and deworming. A two-week trial is included as part of the adoption.

Because we do not know the background of many of our cats, we cannot guarantee exact age or breed.

Adoption centers may not have a volunteer present to open the cat enclosures, and we have foster homes located throughout the KC metro area. Please fill out an application if you'd like to meet this cat.
