Saylor is the cutest pup around. He was found in the middle of the road in rural Missouri, sick and no one in sight to help tell his story. Saylor is resilient, sweet and now healthy. For such a little one, he is kennel trained, working on house training and succeeding like a champ at such a young age. He likes being near the humans and canines in the foster home. He follows the big dogs wherever they go and is respectful when being corrected. He sleeps through the night in a kennel and will let you know if he needs to potty, do his business and go right back to sleep. He is finding his voice and mostly uses it to let you know he needs something but is also testing out the playful part of his voice. We would love for Saylor's family to have a playful canine or the opportunity to play often with others as he has so much socialization to gain.

Adoption Fee: $300

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a TWO WEEK TRIAL.

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
