Meet Dino! 

This lovable guy came to us from a partner rescue in Allen County Kansas. He had been there for almost a year with no interest, so he made his big move to the city to find a furever family. This hunk is absolutely adorable and gets along great with everyone he meets. Currently, he is staying in our boarding facility where he goes out in their small dog playgroups and loves on all the littles and the puppies. In his year at the previous shelter, he always roomed with the young puppies and became a father figure to them, showing them the ropes and how to be an amazing pet, just like him. He loves people, though he can sometimes be shy at first meeting, and loves to go for new adventures. Dino is excellent in the car and listens to his people very well. All in all, Dino would make an excellent addition to almost any home looking to add a canine companion. Apply to adopt Dino!

Adoption Fee: $200

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a TWO WEEK TRIAL.

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
