Howard found his way to someone's porch in a small town in MO and it's a good thing he picked the right porch!  He was in terrible condition but the kind people there took him in and nursed him back to health. Despite many attempts to find an owner nobody came forward so we're guessing this poor boy was dumped to fend for himself.  Howard is now healthy and ready to find his forever people!  He's a sweet and goofy boy whose talents include  singing, dramatic theater and sniffing out treats! He is also dashingly handsome and quite the lover, he loves giving hugs!  Howard also enjoys the company of other dogs and likes to play. Apply today to meet this sweetie!

Adoption Fee: $200

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a TWO WEEK TRIAL.

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
