Jakey is one of 9 siblings available for adoption. He is a typical happy-go-lucky, adventurous  puppy learning all about the big world. He is usually the first one in the house after playing hard outside and loves to be held with a warm belly rub. Jakey has a scruffy coat, with one spotted ear, and blue, soulful eyes. He gives the most loving glances at his foster human. Jakey has the perfect balance of play and snuggle naps. He's also doing a great job at alerting the human that he has to potty by going to the back door. Jakey is smart and loving. Sharing space with your sibling can be overwhelming and it’s time to find his own family. Check out all the siblings – Jagger, Jasper, JayBird, Jaycee, Jayla, Jersey, Jona, and Jupiter.

Adoption Fee: $200

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a TWO WEEK TRIAL.

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
