Poppi is a sweet girl from a pack of that were abandoned and rescued. Unfortunately, we do not know the parents so the breed is a best guess. We’ve had suggestions of Aussie, Retriever, Lab, Border Collie, Pointer so we just picked two! One thing is for sure, her coat is soft, wavy and snuggle worthy. She is curious, adventurous, and fun. Poppi is currently fostered with an older canine and a cat. She is figuring out the world and where she fits in as well as some basic rules for good manners. Poppi is smart and quickly learning commands like sit and human expectations for living in a house. She is adjusting to a kennel and loves being in the same room as everyone else. Poppi is a happy puppy with all the antics you'd expect to keep you on your toes!   C heck out her sisters Penelope and Penny.

Adoption Fee: $300

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a TWO WEEK TRIAL.

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
